Sports Performance Training at Bluhawk Sports Park

Speed, agility, and strength—done right.

Train two days a week on linear speed development and two days a week on lateral speed development (agility, change of direction, reaction time). All training sessions will also include plyometric and strength training (age appropriate) and will be led by one of our Sports Performance coaches on staff.
