We have a destination youth sports facility (The AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk – yes with an established naming rights partner who also believes in the development) anchoring the development which is estimated to draw millions to the project. It is well under construction, halfway completed and set to open in September 2024.
The development itself is fully entitled for the remainder of the planned retail, infrastructure has been installed, building-pad ready to respond to all tenant inquiries. We are planning for a balance of retail, F&B, and experiential retail opportunities. The next step for Bluhawk is finding the right tenants for our community. Every month we engage with potential new tenants. We are being patient and searching for the tenants we feel will add the most value to our community and who will find the most success.

Bluhawk is filling quickly with great tenants from all over the US. Bluhawk has an established history. Of the planned 670K SF, we have 185K sf of space built of which less than 5K sf is not open/operating. We have an additional 50K sf under construction, of which only 4K sf is available.
We have another 33K sf building in entitlements, of which 6K remains available. That’s a total of nearly 270K sf (40% of the planned Retail) of GLA either in entitlement and only 15K available to lease (5%!!! – where does that currently exist in any development of this stage in the country?)
All of the above exists independently all over the country, but I’ve yet to run across a development where it all exists within one walkable plot. Anchored by a sports park of this level.
Bluhawk is located in the wealthiest county in the state of Kansas. Demographics are through the roof, school districts in top 10 in the country, etc. High annual HH incomes, high disposable incomes, affluent shopper – shopping product that doesn’t exist in the metro. Just capture the data, its all there for the easy pitching.
